Our property is small but comfortable. We have an elevator for easy access to the garage and to the apartment for anyone who needs to use it or not. There are surveillance cameras around the apartment building as well.
I was born in Sanlucar de Barrameda but grew up in Chipiona. I have lived in three countries America, Italy, and here so I speak English, Italian and of course Spanish fluently.
Our apartment building is on the beach boardwalk and it’s access to the beach. We are walking distance to many tourist locations, bars, restaurants, and mom and pop shops.
