Property info

Beautiful newly built townhouse for 8 people (finished 2018) in Santanyí. The house is situated in a very quiet area with views over the fields. In just 5 walking minutes you get to the market square with many restaurants and shops. The ground floor is divided into a master bedroom with large en suite bathroom, equipped with shower and bath, a spacious kitchen-dining area with large table for up to 10 people and a central cooking island with space for 5 people, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a second double bedroom and another bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms. One with a balcony and bathroom en suite, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One has a balcony and the other one direct access to the large terrace. Both the kitchen-dining area and the master bedroom have access to the backyard with 7,25m x 3,25m large pool with jacuzzi area, barbecue and outdoor shower. In addition, there are 2 large electric awnings, which provide pleasant shade and cover the large outdoor table. The house is not for children under 8 years. If you would like to travel with children, please contact us.
