Terrafortunata is a small, family-like company with 11 team members who have been working together for many years. We love what we do and take pride in looking after every detail for our clients. Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00, and we’re always happy to help during that time. If you have an emergency outside office hours, don’t worry – just call our customer service number and we’ll take care of it! We’re here for you and always ready to help.

Casa Residencia: A spacious villa divided into two units – a three-bedroom apartment and an apartment with garden view. These can be rented separately or together, sharing a swimming pool. Our villas are located 3 km from Playa Santiago, a charming fishing village where the sun shines most days of the year. In the village you will find some smaller shops, supermarkets and a variety of bars and restaurants. Beautiful wild beaches close to the village and many breathtaking walking trails.
