Very central apartment, refurbished May 23, May 24 and May 2025 (with a brand new kitchen and a improvement of the living room and many other things), very comfortable, no car needed. It is located in front of Shopping Center and 2 min. walk to new C.C. Mogan Mall, a few steps you are at beautiful playa de Puerto Rico and bus and cab station. The apartment is wide, it has 3 rooms and 6 beds, all provided with smart-Tv multichannels with fiber (for Netflix), air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished outdoor living room, an unnumbered condominium parking space. A large swimming pool with solarium and deck chairs everything was completely refurbished on Apr. 26.
The area is very central the Shopping Centre, in front of CASA RICA, offers many different kinds of shops and many more are a 2 minutes walk away in the new C.C. Mogan Mall. The place is also full of markets and supermarkets of various brands. There are also many resturants of various ethnies, either, in front of CASA RICA or in the whole area. There are also pubs and other varieties of clubs, always, in front of CASA RICA, which characterise the movida of Puerto Rico, entertaining tourists with parties, happy hours and music all night long. A few minutes' walk awey there is the beautiful playa de Puerto Rico, 2,5 km further you will find the famous playa de Amadores and 3 km one of Gran Canaria's beautiful golf courses. Anyway remember: you are in Gran Canaria , the famous island know for its 7 microclimates, the only One in the world !!
