Our country cottages "Casa Rural A Costa" and "Casa Rural As Bodegas" are located within the Parque histórico del Navia (Navia Historical Park) - 23km from the coast. We have mountains with native trees, reservoirs and the most beautiful beaches of the Asturian coast right next door. After the success of "Casa Rural As Bodegas" we now have renovated a characterful barn to create the next cottage in our Villa Rustica Asturias Agroturism complex. There are plenty of routes for walking and mountain biking, reservoirs with kayaks and for swimming. The two bedroom rustic houses sit in a rural environment, perfect for taking a break, recharging your batteries and enjoying Asturias. They each have a wood burning stove that heats the house and "Casa Rural As Bodegas" has electric heaters in the bedrooms. So it is very cosy also in the winter! The houses have large terraces and each sit in their individual and private finca of about 3000m2 each. There is a barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy the alfresco dining evenings below the star filled Asturian sky. If you like a rustic holiday as well as the fantastic Asturias cuisine - you will enjoy this. In total each cottage has two double bed rooms. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is completely private for your own use. Noone will disturb you. Pets are welcome for a small charge. We hope to welcome you soon in Asturias !!

Villa Rustica Asturias is a complex of rural cottages near Boal. I am originally from Madrid and have been in the area myself with my family for over 20 years. As you can tell I have fallen deeply in love with Asturias. My aim is to generate a soft and sustainable type of tourism in Asturias that values nature. We recycle as much of our waste and aim to create as little impact on the area as possible.

The small town Boal is only 5 minutes away from the cottage. You will find all the most important amenities there like: bars, restaurants, supermarkets for your daily shopping. More shops are available in Navia which is 20 minutes away. Getting to some amazing beaches will take about 25-40 min by car. We are near the Oscos mountains declared World Biosphere Reserve and near the Sierra de la Bobia and the well-known town of Taramundi.
