This spacious and cosy two-bedroom property can comfortably accommodate up to five people, thanks to its complete equipment. It is located on the first floor of a residential complex building with a communal swimming pool. It has a private parking space (a great advantage in this part of the centre of Playa de Las Americas) which makes the accommodation more accessible within a few steps from the garage. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a terrace with furniture (table, chairs and parasol) where you can enjoy a meal, let yourself be swept away by a good book or just have a drink and relax thanks to the excellent climate of this area. Our guests can access the communal swimming pool using a chip that will be enclosed with their keys upon arrival at the accommodation. Don't forget to pay attention to the closing times of the swimming pool, as it has an automatic closing of its facilities. In the surroundings, you have a wide range of leisure activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, as well as having a whale of time to wander and enjoy idyllic walks along the promenades in the neighborhood or take a few steps to the diverse and famous shopping areas around Playa de las Américas. Some of Tenerife's best beaches are also close by, such as Playa de Las Vistas (650 metres away) and Playa de El Camisón (1.2 kilometres away).

Our accommodation is located in one of the best and most central areas of Playa de las Americas, very close to all kinds of leisure, restaurants, bars, pubs and supermarkets, as well as 3 of the best beaches in Tenerife, Playa de Troya (1.4 km. ), strolling along the coastline and taking in several shopping centres and some of the best restaurants and pubs in the area, and Playa del Camisón (650 m.) and Playa de Las Vistas (1.2 km.), which are within walking distance of a short, pleasant stroll through the Golden Mile of Playa de las Américas. Siam Park, the best water park in the world, is also very close to our accommodation.
