Set in Puerto Calero, 15 minutes driving from the airport, this airconditioned house features a fully equipped kitchen (incl. induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, and electric kettle), large living room with TV. The house offers 90m2 private terrace (sun terrace and shaded terrace), sunbeds are available. Double bedroom with queen size bed with mirrored ward robes, including linen. Comfortable bathroom with walk-in-shower (renovated in 2021), including towels. Outside drying area with washing machine. Fast free Wi-Fi available throughout the whole house and terraces. The complex has a community pool (non-heated) which is accessible by magnetic card.

Quiet environment, 5 minutes walk to Marina Coast with many restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy and supermarket. Good central base to explore the island, e.g. by rental car, all touristic places are within 50 kilometers. Our recommendations for the island are: Puerto Calero (1km), Puerto del Carmen (5km by car – 3km via coastal path), Puerto del Carmen Golf (6km), Playa Quemada with fantastic fish and seafood restaurants (10km by car – 5km by coastal path), Timanfaya National Park (12km), El Golfo with El Lago Verde and several excellent fish restaurants (20km), Playa Blanca (25km), Playa Papagayo (25km), Mirador del Rio for stunning views to the island of Graciosa (50km), the César Manrique Foundation in Tahiche (24km), the house of César Manrique in Haria (47km), Los Jameos del Agua (46km), the Cactus Garden (35km). Cars can be hired in the airport or in the Puerto Calero Marina which is a 5 mins walk from the house and several trips can be booked in the kiosk next to the Water Taxi stop.
