Comfortable, bright & modern accommodation awaits you, just a 10-minute walk from Anfi Beach. This house is perfect for couples seeking peace and quiet, families with children and meets your needs for comfort and relaxation. Experience wonderful sunsets and relax on the 140 m² sunny, private terrace. The modern, spacious, air-conditioned, open living room offers enough space. Whether comfortably on the electric relax couch, in front of the 55" Smart TV with Netflix & WiFi, at the beautiful dining table or in the fully equipped kitchen while cooking. The 2 opposite bedrooms with large, comfortable beds and their own bathroom, as well as air conditioning, are inviting to dream. Sole use of the entire house. Storage room with washing machine. *Community facilities can be used free of charge with an access card. 3 communal pools (not heated), a sports field & a children's playground with swings, slides and rocking horses. *The opening and closing of the sports field, playground and pools is carried out by the municipality and we have no influence on this.

Los Caideros is a small, quiet town in the sunny southwest of Gran Canaria. It is inhabited by locals, but also by emigrants and people who spend the winter here. Only 50m from the house, right next to the beautiful communal pool, there is the small Austrian supermarket "El Greco". There are freshly baked rolls every morning and a small meat and sausage counter. On some days there is also cooking, there are homemade cakes and even Almdudler is available here. The town of Los Caideros is very quiet with little traffic. Due to its southwestern location, it is rarely windy here, which is particularly pleasant in winter. On a clear day you can look all the way to Tennerife and see Spain's highest mountain "Teide". You can easily walk to the well-known Anfi Beach and, depending on your walking style, you can get there within about 10 minutes. You take an elevator down to the beach. There is a Spar supermarket, restaurants, fashion stores, bars and the Maroa Beach Club with a cocktail bar and beach restaurant. This is where the Caribbean feeling comes into play.
