Si alguna cosa he de destacar de la casa és la seva ubicació, es a 200 metres de l'àmple platja de Sant Pere Pescador, des d'on es pot passejar fins a la desembocadura del riu Fluvià i fins a les ruïnes d'Empúries o recórrer amb bicicleta per diferents rutes en plena natura, trobant la tan anhelada tranquil·litat a cada moment. De la casa els puc dir que té tot el necessari per poder gaudir d'unes bones vacances amb la família, amics i mascotes. També tinc a disposició per al seu entreteniment un joc de dards, una taula de ping pong, unes quantes boles de petanca, raquetes de tennis, així com 5 bicicletes per al seu delit. Que gaudeixin d'unes bones vacances.

La casa es a una urbanitzacio a tocar la platja de Sant Pere Pescador i s,ha de diferenciar de la temporada en que es visiti ,a la tardor-hibern, un pot trobar la pau i tranquilitat i a la primavera-estiu es mes concorregut, malgrat no es com altres llocs de la costa i es bastant tranquil.
