Very bright, large villa recently fully refurbished two double bedroom, (space for cot or small foldaway bed suitable for child) with two bathrooms, one ensuite and other full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and overhead shower and large fitted wardrobes. We fully redesigned the villa in 2021 to a more open plan modern design with stylish furniture and fittings.
We bought the property in 2016 and we use it personally throughout the year, so it has all of the facilities of a quality home not a rental property. We have been holidaying in Mojacar for the last sixteen years and love the resort and surrounding areas.
Central location with easy access all of the areas amenities but quiet residential location not overlooked and sea views.
