Full rental accommodation of a paired house in the La Cabezuela development in Cercedilla. This exceptional natural environment is a tranquil space to enjoy the Guadarrama Mountains in the province of Madrid. It offers breathtaking views of the entire valley. This is a modern designed house, an exclusive retreat adapted to current needs. Please note that the semi-detached house is adjacent to where I live. However, each property enjoys total independence in the garden, and we only share the street entrance.
I am Susana, your host. Welcome to Casa Blanco! Our house features spacious and welcoming rooms, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the surroundings. The home boasts stunning valley views and a beautiful natural garden surrounded by mountains, providing a tranquil space to enjoy moments of peace and serenity. At our house, we blend art and nature to offer a unique experience. Please take note of the following ADDITIONAL CHARGES: - Please ask me if you wish to bring pets, as a supplement each day will apply. - For each additional person bringing their own mattress, a supplement per day will apply. - There will be a cleaning fee per stay for the barbecue. - A cleaning fee per stay will be applied for the fireplace. Cercedilla, located in the Guadarrama Mountains, is a charming town with a privileged natural environment surrounded by mountains and forests. It is a perfect starting point for excursions and hiking trails. Additionally, ski resorts nearby, such as Valdesquí, allow winter sports enjoyment during the season. The La Cabezuela in Cercedilla is the finest in town. It offers excellent sports facilities, including tennis courts and multipurpose sports areas, a saltwater pool for adults and a separate pool for children, and playground areas equipped with swings for the little ones. In terms of services, Cercedilla offers a wide range of options. In the town, within walking distance from the development, you will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and everything you need to meet your daily needs. There are also nearby educational and healthcare centres for the convenience of residents.
