This is not a standard holiday apartment. It was put together with care — the furniture, the finishes, the small details that make the difference between a place you tolerate and a place you remember. The south-facing terrace opens onto the pool. On a warm evening, with the sun going down and a drink in hand, you will not want to be anywhere else. Inside, the apartment is warm and modern — quality materials, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen for when you want to cook a proper meal rather than eat out every night. The resort takes care of the rest. Multiple pools, including a heated one. A spa and wellness centre. Padel, tennis, basketball, fitness. Quiet walking areas if you just want to clear your head. Whether you are here to do nothing or to stay active, there is room for both. Before you arrive, we prepare everything. Fresh linen, fast wifi, practical information so you are not figuring things out on your first day. You arrive, you settle in, and your holiday starts immediately. This works for a week in the sun, a sports trip, or a longer winter stay. The apartment has space, comfort and a boutique feel that most holiday rentals do not.

Neighborhood info

Lagoons Village sits in a new development on the edge of Torrevieja, on Avenida Reverendo Francisco Sarria Paya. The area is quiet and still growing, with open space around the resort. La Mata beach is 3 km away — a long, calm stretch of sand that is much less crowded than the beaches in Torrevieja centre. The salt lagoon nature reserve runs alongside it. The resort has its own sports complex with free access for guests: tennis, padel, football, basketball, fitness and a heated outdoor pool. The Torrevieja athletic and sports complex is also nearby, with additional facilities and marked cycling and running paths in the area. For shopping, Habaneras mall is close by. La Zenia Boulevard, one of the largest open-air shopping centres on the Costa Blanca, is about 15 minutes by car. Torrevieja centre has a waterfront promenade, a weekly market, and a good range of restaurants and bars. The town is a 5–10 minute drive. Several golf courses are within easy reach, including Villamartin and Las Colinas. Alicante is 45 minutes by car and has an international airport, a historic old town, and a wide beach right in the city. Murcia is 45 minutes in the other direction, with its own airport at Corvera. A car is useful here. Public transport exists but is limited.
