Casa Las Hortensias 1 and 2 are two completely independent homes, located one above the other within the same property. Each house has its own entrance, garden, and private spaces, with no shared common areas, ensuring privacy and comfort during your stay. However, as they are two stacked houses, it is possible that at times you may hear noises coming from the house above or below. This is natural in constructions of this type, and we thank our guests in advance for their understanding. The house is entirely built with exposed stone, and its layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm each), and a full bathroom. A crib and an extra bed are also available. The house is part of the old family mansion, specifically restored to provide maximum comfort to our guests. It features Wi-Fi, a private sunlit garden with a table and seating for six, a barbecue, children's play equipment, and garden furniture. Surrounded by flowers and fruit trees, it reflects an idyllic setting for spending a few relaxing days with friends and family. IMPORTANT: By confirming your reservation, the guest agrees that all occupants must register and complete all the required information in the online check-in before arrival; otherwise, access to the accommodation will not be permitted. This procedure is mandatory under Royal Decree 933/2021, effective from December 1, 2024.

It is surrounded by three beautiful beaches: Castiellu, Bretones, and Arenillas. In the village, there are bars, restaurants, and shops. It is located about 12 km from Llanes, the capital of the municipality, where you can find all services. It is situated in the village of Pendueles, known for its Romanesque church, renovated in the 19th century. Among the notable preserved buildings are the Palace of the Countess of Pendueles, the Count’s Mansion, and the Verines Mansion, as well as the traditional Asturian hamlet from the 18th century.
