The holiday home is located on a cosy urbanisation in Ciudad Quesada on the Costa Blanca. Rural location 10 kilometres from both Torrevieja and Guardamar, centrally located and at the same time close to several beaches. The holiday home has 2 originally decorated bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a separate toilet, a storage room and 5 different private terraces. There is a large communal swimming pool with children's pool and a large sun terrace. For those who like to eat out, excellent restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Our holiday home is situated in a charming urbanization in Ciudad Quesada on the Costa Blanca. Located just 10 kilometers away from both Torrevieja and Guardamar, it enjoys a central location while offering proximity to various beaches.
