Located just 250 meters from the immense El Castillo Beach, the main beach in Caleta de Fuste, awarded the Blue Flag in 2022, the complex offers garden areas, swimming pools and a solarium with numerous individual sun loungers in a large relaxation area.
The accommodation is a characteristic duplex bungalow, with internal staircase to go up to the only floor above, recently renovated in a modern style.
On the ground floor there is a private terrace of 12 square meters and a private covered porch, where you can eat, have breakfast, sunbathe or simply relax.
Entering we will find a bright living room, with air conditioning, a chaise longue sofa with a 135x190 double bed in front of the 48-inch SMART TV with dedicated multilingual internet TV box, wide free availability of SKY UK movies, various channels and events. There follows a private toilet, separate laundry area and a functional and modern L-shaped kitchen, very well equipped with everything you need, including two different refrigerators with freezers, one small and another larger one, available depending on the length of your stay.
On the upper floor, which is accessed by a short internal staircase, a large service with a shower and window, but without a bidet, a room with a double bed 150x190, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, modern furniture and a second fiber router to ensure, in case of necessity, the best possible connection. Safe with key. There follows a comfortable open living balcony, overlooking the internal garden and equipped with a table, chairs, clothesline and strategically kissed by the Pomeridian sun.
Hello, I'm Paola, a housewife already retired, so I'll always be available to my guests. They can enjoy a wonderful period of absolute relaxation in a vaguely British context, quiet, charming and with an unbeatable location.
My house is very cozy, practical, healthy, safe and constantly maintained. Especially suitable for couples of any age and gender, but with a sofa bed available in the living room, it can also accommodate up to a couple of children who are not older than 12 years old.
I treat my guests like my friends, above all with reciprocal respect, and I am sure that after the first time, you will visit us again countless times.
Oh, I forgot, I accept pets but with a charge of 30 euros per stay and unless you want to visit other places on our beautiful island, here at home you won't need to rent a car because you really have everything you need right around you.
Internal area of the complex, very quiet and tidy, constantly maintained, well lit and with CCTV security controls.
Externally, we are close to everything you need. A few steps away you will find, in the two corners of the complex, two different open shopping centers, with countless bars, pubs, restaurants, leisure and entertainment venues, bank, supermarkets, shops, bazaars, post office, hairdressers, masseuses, gym, recreational areas for the little ones, minigolf, paddle tennis courts, tennis, soccer, and above all, just 50 meters away you find the Atlantic Ocean in front of an infinite pedestrian promenade, with both an exclusive track for bicycles and skateboards.
The Marina is just a 10-minute walk away and if you wish from home, by scanning a QR code, you can book all types of excursions with pleasure boats, practice any type of water game and even snorkel and scuba dive at the local Diving Center.
There are also 2 huge golf courses just 5 minutes away by car and finally you have the FUE airport just 10 minutes away by car (about 20 euros by taxi).
