The apartment is located in the center of Roa, next to the main square and the former collegiate church of Santa María. In the surroundings there are all kinds of services, free parking, ATM, bars, restaurants, food stores, wine shops, pharmacies and medical center. For the little ones there is the game park La Cava, one minute away from the house and for the older ones, you can not leave Roa without taking a stroll through the Espolón, with magnificent views of the fertile valley of the Douro River.
