The apartment is "completely renovated". Modern and cozy, and equipped with everything you need to spend a short and long-stay holiday, its LED lighting throughout the house and adjustable in the main rooms, allows to create a personalized atmosphere, according to each occasion. In the same building and without leaving the enclosure you have a small supermarket, hairdresser, cafes, rental of motorcycles and bicycles and most importantly a large and renovated saltwater pool, with hammocks and shaded areas among the palm trees. The building has security cameras and a private parking
I am a native of Donostia, Basque Country, but I have lived on the island for 17 years. I consider myself an affable and responsible person. I will try to be at your disposal to make your stay on the island as pleasant as possible. If you decide to book with us do not hesitate to ask us any questions or problems that may arise. We will be happy to help you in everything you may need from us.
Apartments located in the center of Playa del Ingles, located less than 3 minutes. the post office, the nearest pharmacy and the main branches of banks, as well as leisure centers and bus stops to get around the island. Only 6 min. From Yumbo Shopping Center, 15 min. of the sand of the beach or the Dunes of Maspalomas that you can reach by walking through Av. Tirajana, where you can find many restaurants with varied cuisine. What puts you in the neural center both for a business trip and to enjoy your holidaywith friends or family.
