Building description: Historic building dating back to 1825, located in the Gothic Quarter, next to Palau de la Música and within walking distance of the Cathedral and Plaça Catalunya. The building preserves the charm of its original architecture, with stone and brick walls, while offering the comfort of a recently renovated property. ⚠️ Please note that the apartments DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. ❗IMPORTANT INFORMATION before booking: - There is no physical reception. Access is fully digital. - Payment must be completed through a secure payment link that we will send via the Booking chat. - A refundable security deposit is required for each apartment. It is managed online and will be refunded after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. We kindly ask guests to take out the rubbish and leave the dishes clean before departure. - All guests must complete the online check-in before arrival in order to receive the access instructions. - Group bookings may be subject to different conditions. If applicable, our team will contact you directly. Family Apartment – The maximum occupancy is 4 guests when all occupants belong to the same household. Otherwise, in accordance with the regulations of the Government of Catalonia, the maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
