Apartment complex located n the south side of the Las Américas Golf Course, and only 2625 feet from Las Vistas Beach. Two-floor building consisted of of fully-equipped apartments of one or two rooms, creating a pleasant ambiance. The premises also consist of an a la carte restaurant, bar, and a fresh water swimming pool that is heated in winter. The offering of nearby restaurants and leisure possibilities is considerable, owing to the hotel’s advantageous location. The complex also offers an entertainment program and sells green fees for the golf course. It is, without a doubt, an ideal place for golfers, or families who want to spend their holidays in a tranquil atmosphere. A children's club is also available.
