This light and airy air-conditioned apartment with large solarium with outdoor seating and dining furniture offering mountain views. It has 1 living room, 2 separate double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bath and a shower. The well-equipped kitchen features an full size oven and hob, a full size fridge freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine. This apartment also offers free WIFI and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The unit offers 4 beds. We also own the apartment below (N549), which can sleep 6 people, so if you need accommodation for up to 10 people, you are welcome to book both properties or speak to us, should you have any questions.
We bought these 2 apartments in 2022 and visit often to take advantage of the relaxing atmosphere and just chill out. Luckily, the apartments are only 20 minutes from the nearest beach and 30-40 minutes from many lovely cities and other attractions. We currently live in Devon UK, but our keyholder, Paul, lives on site.
Condado de Alhama is a gated community, 60 minutes from Alicante or 30 minutes drive from Murcia Airport. There are over 20 swimming pools on site, but our communal pool is 30 seconds walk away. The nearest beach (Mazarrón) is 20 minutes drive away and the mountains are the same distance. There is a bus service to Mazarrón in the summer, along with a market on site. Cartegena and Murcia are around 30-40 minutes drive.
