It's a two-bedroom apartment, one with a double-bed and the other one with two single beds, independent kitchen, living room with air conditioning, tv, wifi, one bathroom and a terrace with views over the town and sea. The neighbourhood allows you both being in an area with facilities (local market, supermarket, police station, gym,...) and enjoying the peace and quietness of a residential area 300 hundred meters away from the old part of town and the sea promenade with its pubs and restaurants
I like that my guests to feel comfortable and independent but if neccesary I am willing to help them or guide them.
Approximately 75 meters away from the apartment you will find the local market where you can enjoy local fresh products and opposite there is a big supermarket. Along the pedestrian streets of the old part of town you can go for a walk and enjoy its bars and restaurants with terraces and the local shops. If you need beach wear, snorkle or surfing equipment and clothes do not hesitate to visit Marisma Sport, a sport shop where I usually get everything with good rates.
The location of the house allows you to walk all around the town. If you are interested in hiking there are several routes around the town, however, if you want to move around the island, although there is public transport, it is best to rent a car since distances are long. Do not miss visiting Cofete and Punta de Jandía where nature is still wild, Sotavento beach (where the windsurfing world championship is held), the Cuevas de Ajuí, the villages of Pájara and Betancuria in the interior and in the north the park of the Dunes of Corralejo.
