With over 40 years of combined experience in hospitality, we've learnt that what truly makes a stay memorable is rather simple – it's that moment when you feel genuinely looked after, without ever having to ask. Yvonne is a certified sommelier with a passion for matching the perfect glass to every moment – from a chilled rosado by the pool to a bold Monastrell as the sun dips behind the Sierra Cabrera. Carsten is your local insider. And in the evening? Do pop into El Pimiento for flamenco and authentic Andalusian atmosphere – the kind of evening you'll still talk about long after you get home.
