Set up in the hills, with stunning views of the Mediterranean and Mojacar pueblo, just a 10 minute drive from the village of Antas and 20 minutes from both Mojacar and Vera, this 30 year old villa offers a spacious and secluded retreat, ideal for older families, friends and couples. The villa comprises 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, one ensuite, a large modern kitchen with breakfast bar, a large dining room that seats 6 and a sitting room with 2 double sofas and a fireplace and a smart TV. There is also a communal second bathroom on this floor.. Upstairs is the master ensuite, double bed with bath and terrace that offers sea views. The bedrooms and stiitingroom/diningroom have air conditioning and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans. All windows have mosquito nets and blinds. The kitchen was refurbished in 2022 and has an induction hob, high oven and microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge and drinking water tap. The grounds outside are extensive. There is a covered ‘bar’ area by the pool with sink and electricity and a large covered dining area to the side of the villa that seats 8 people.There are several seated areas both shaded and in the sun, including a hammock, for relaxing around the grounds. The 9x4m pool has loungers for 6 people and an outside shower. There is a washing machine and second fridge in the outhouse. There is plenty of room to park up to 3 cars in the grounds, next to the villa. The property is gated and alarmed.

The natural park stretches 65 km along the coast through the municipalities of Almería, Carboneras and Níjar and has 54 sandy stretches including beaches, coves and other bathing spots.
