Situated on the second floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator, the flat ensures both convenience and accessibility. The living room seamlessly integrates with the dining area, featuring a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, and opens onto a balcony equipped with an outdoor dining space ideal for relaxing evenings. The well-equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances, including a washing machine for added convenience. The cozy bedroom accommodates two single beds pushed together, provides ample wardrobe space, and also grants access to the balcony. Completing the apartment is a bathroom with shower, offering all the comforts needed for a comfortable stay.

Neighborhood info

Our apartment is only a few minutes away from Playa Jardín and very close to the bus station of Puerto de la Cruz. It is also close to the renovated and bohemian fishermen's quarter (La Ranilla). In the surrounding area there is a wide range of shops and restaurants, great places to eat, have a drink or just hang out. It is an ideal place to take a stroll, discover its hidden corners and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of this part of the city.
