Comfortable 2 bedroom duplex for 3 people in the Residencial Primavera, with terrace overlooking the mountain and the pool in the town of Palm Mar. ACTUALLY THERE IS A LARGE CONSTRUCTION PROYECT IN THE PLOT NEXT TO THE BUILDING BLOCK OUR APARTMENT IS. THESE ACTIVITIES MAY DISTURB YOU WITH NOISES DURING THE DAY. This 2-bedroom apartment has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine, a bathroom with a bidet, and free Wi-Fi, as well as enjoying the large outdoor swimming pool of the residential complex. Playa de las Américas is 11 km from the apartment, while Los Cristianos is 10 km away and 16 km from Adeje. The nearest airport is Tenerife South.
