Modern and cozy duplex with year-round pool access, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. This bright apartment offers a comfortable and functional layout, ideal for up to 5 adults. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a practical dining area, along with a convenient guest toilet. Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower ensure rest and comfort. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom offers three single beds — perfect for families or groups. Although the apartment does not have private parking, there is a private outdoor parking area available at the nearby shopping center.

Our accommodation is located in one of the best and most central areas of Playa de las Americas, very close to all kinds of leisure, restaurants, bars, pubs and supermarkets, as well as 3 of the best beaches in Tenerife, Playa de Troya (1.4 km. ), strolling along the coastline and taking in several shopping centres and some of the best restaurants and pubs in the area, and Playa del Camisón (650 m.) and Playa de Las Vistas (1.2 km.), which are within walking distance of a short, pleasant stroll through the Golden Mile of Playa de las Américas. Siam Park, the best water park in the world, is also very close to our accommodation.
