El Encanto de Val is located in Bolnuevo, one of the most peaceful coastal areas of Mazarrón, a residential neighborhood surrounded by nature, with the beach within easy reach and essential services readily available.
About 900 meters away is Bolnuevo Beach, known for its relaxed atmosphere, clear waters, pleasant golden sand, and extensive promenade.
