It is not a hotel, it is a private flat legally registered in the Canary Islands, and we are an agency that manages flats in the south of the island of Tenerife and for years we have been helping thousands of people to make their holidays as pleasant as possible. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 and for them we charge check in and check out (standard rate 40€), as we do not have a 24-hour reception as in a Hotel.

OTHER INFORMATION

- In case the guest stays until the end of the stay, it is not possible to request a refund from the host.

- The agency does not issue any kind of invoice to the guests. If proof of stay is required, we can only provide receipts.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform ESTUDIO DEBORA of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
