This completely newly renovated bungalow with a sunny south-facing terrace is located at the highest point of »Monte Rojo« and offers high-quality furnishings and a high degree of privacy. If you have climbed the necessary steps, you will be rewarded with what is probably the most beautiful and spectacular view of the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas and in the evening with a glass of wine, with unforgettable sunsets. High-speed internet and a mobile office for home office with sea view. In the approximately 55 square meter bungalow, the living room and bedroom are openly connected to one another like a loft, but can be separated by a curtain. The entire facility is new and has been selected with great attention to detail. Particular attention was paid to a light and warm color scheme. Home office, online conference? No problem! In the apartment you can connect to an unlimited 100 Mbit/s high-speed fiber optic internet connection free of charge. We look forward to welcoming a small dog (up to 10 kg). A dog basket as well as feeding and drinking bowls are available and wait for the little fur nose (Final cleaning + 25.00 Euros/stay).

San Agustin is a small, quiet and contemplative place directly adjacent to Playa del Inglés. The beaches »Playa de las Burras« and »Playa de San Agustin« can be reached in a few minutes on foot from the apartment. On the really beautiful sandy beaches, loungers and parasols can be rented for a fee. Water action is also offered on both beaches. There are several beach bars, from simple and cheap to classy and sophisticated, to end a wonderful day at the beach appropriately. You can walk extensively either on the promenade or directly on the beach to Playa del Inglés and even through the dunes to the lighthouse of Maspalomas. These destinations can be reached in just a few minutes by car, taxi or public bus. The »San Agustin Shopping Center« is located in front of the beach. There is a large selection of international restaurants here. A German bakery offers a decent breakfast or coffee and cake for the afternoon. A special feature for active travelers is the spacious and well-kept fitness studio named »Beach Gym«, in which you can work out open air with a direct sea view.
