Located in San Agustín, the holiday apartment 'Fabulous Upper Floor Sea View' offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a DVD player as well as a flat-screen LED TV which is connected to the ASTRA-Satellite TV with more than 400 free and open satellite channels (English, French, German and Spanish channels, among many other international channels) and to the Digital Terrestrial TV (DTT) with all Spanish High-Definition channels. A Stereo CD/Mp3 Music and Radio Player with Smartphone/Mp3 docking station and USB port will also be at your disposal. A shared outdoor area with a pool and a children's pool is also available for your use. Pets are not allowed. Use of the communal facilities of the apartment complex: swimming pool, solarium and garden area, locker room, toilets, tennis court (reservation required), table tennis and bocce ball ground, including the use of the existing sun loungers and sun umbrellas, all available free of charge. Parking space is located a few meters away from the apartment for a fee per day. Personalized pick-up service from/to “Gran Canaria Airport” (one way, seats 4 + Baggage) for an extra fee. Extra cleaning of the apartment (including towel and linen change) for an extra charge each time. You can make use of this service as many times as you want.
