The 120 m² property features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. One bedroom is in a separate apartment with its own entrance from the terrace. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a workspace for remote work, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, as well as beach and pool towels. Outside, you’ll find a private saltwater pool, garden, covered terrace, and barbecue area. The finca is in a quiet farming area, with the sounds of chickens, dogs, sheep, donkeys, and other small animals. Access is via an unpaved road. The pool is open year-round but not heated. Parking is available on the property, and free parking is also possible in the field. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
