This Country House is set on a large property with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea as well as the surrounding mountains. For guests who love gardens and abundant outdoor space, Finca El Otero is perfect. This property is intimate in the sense that it only has six rooms, each with a terrace for relaxation. The rooms, with exceptionally comfortable quality beds, each have own bathrooms, are airconditioned and comfortably appointed. WiFi is available throughout the house. Breakfast and dinners can be enjoyed on the open-air terrace during the warmer weather and in the dining room for when the weather is not suitable for alfresco dining. Good food is important to us. Guests have access to a lounge with small library and can enjoy a log fire in this space in times of colder weather. An honesty bar is available to guests for refreshments 24/7. The garden is maintained with it's various secluded nooks, there is a swimming pool with spectacular views as well as an open-air chess game and petanque. Guests enjoy free and secure parking on site. Life at the Finca is informal with the motto 'Feeling at ease, feel's like home'.

The property is quietly located on the outskirts of the village of Aigües which is set between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountainous region of Alicante. It is conveniently positioned on the Costa Blanca with quick and easy access to the coast as well as the road links to the City of Alicante and airport and other destinations such as Valencia, Murcia and Madrid. The location is perfect for nature lovers, walkers, beach lovers and water sports. The area is largely influenced by the Moors and has an abundance of archeological and architectural interest. The Costa Blanca has enviable weather almost all year round and is perfect for golfing enthusiasts and boasts plentiful golf courses. Also there are a variety of leisure and nature parks which provides great amusement especially for children.
