Finca Son Nou is a beautiful newly built house finished in 2017. The house has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of them "en suite"), air conditioning, wifi internet connection and satellite TV. From the outside it looks like a typical country house with its stone facade and Majorcan style shutters, but inside it is modern and very functional. All rooms of this property are distributed over one floor. The main entrance leads into the large living-dining room with integrated and fully equipped kitchen (with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). In the living room are two comfortable sofas and an armchair in front of the TV. In the dining area is a large square table with seating for 8 people. From the spacious living-dining room you have direct access to the outdoor terrace with swimming pool. To the right of the living room is a bedroom with two single beds with direct access to the terrace and the pool and a bathroom with bathtub. On the other side of the house are the other two bedrooms. One double bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has a double bed with en suite bathroom and also direct access to the terrace and pool. At the back of the house is the beautiful infinity pool. Under the large covered terrace is a lovely dining table and a lawn area where the children can play. In addition, there are 6 sun loungers and a large sun umbrella in the pool area. Next to the pool is a brick barbecue, as well as a toilet and an outside shower. There is a private, covered parking space for several vehicles on the property.
