Central, spacious, comfortable, pleasant, and welcoming apartment, fully equipped. Located in a central area with excellent transport connections. The beach can be reached in 15 minutes by bus(D20), and Las Ramblas in 20 minutes on foot. Located in the central part of the city, the closest to both the airport (El Prat) and the train station (Sants Estació). It has three bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms with showers, offering comfortable accommodation for families or groups. The building has an elevator. The apartment is fully equipped with WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and a balcony, providing all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. It is very well connected by public transport, close to Poble Sec (L3 – Green Line), Plaça d’Espanya (L1 – Red Line, L3 – Green Line, and L8 – FGC), and Rocafort (L1 – Red Line) metro stations. Ideal for families.
