The apartment is set up for couples and solo travellers, and we enjoy helping our guests make the most of their stay in Playa del Inglés and the south of Gran Canaria. We are always happy to give you tips, suggestions or any other information you need before, during and after your stay. We hope to welcome you soon!

Property info

Apartment completely renovated in 2023, in the Solymar complex in Playa del Inglés. It is set up for two people: a bedroom with a double bed and a ceiling fan, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the pool. The communal pool inside the complex is free and open all year round, which is unusual in this area. Check-in is self-service with a key safe, so you do not depend on reception hours. The building has a lift and there is free wifi throughout the apartment. We provide clean bed linen and towels. Please note the apartment has a ceiling fan but no air conditioning.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is on the main avenue of Playa del Inglés, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, an ATM and a taxi rank on the same street. The Maspalomas Dunes begin a one-minute walk away, and it takes around 15 minutes on foot to reach the sea. The Cita shopping centre is 5 minutes away and the Yumbo Centrum 15 minutes. The area is flat and pedestrian-friendly, easy to get around on foot, with good bus connections to the rest of the south of the island.
