I fell in love with this apartment as soon as I saw it. I hope you do too! Its large balcony overlooking the swimming pool is ideal for relaxing and its closeness to the beautiful La Mata beach make it the perfect setting for a tranquil and re-vitalising holiday whatever the time of the year.

La Mata beach is just a three minute walk from the apartment. It is one of the best beaches in the area and is safeguarded. There are beach restaurants which line the promenade and a beautiful walk way which takes you parallel with the beach through the sand dunes. La Mata village is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. It is a small, typically Spanish fishing village with lots of local charm. There you may find a large supermarket and banks and various restaurants. For a local shop, there is a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. The bus stop is on the corner of the apartment block with buses running every 10 - 15 minutes into Torrevieja.
