3 bedroom villa with private pool and homely garden area, to rent in a quiet road, only 500 metres to Cala D'Or marina, Mallorca. Spacious one-storey villa. It has one bedroom in the house and two exterior bedrooms with access from the garden. From the hall there is access to the open plan kitchen with dinner counter and living room that has access to the covered terrace and garden. Close to the living room there is a double bed -with two mattresses pushed together- with en suite bathroom that has a separate bath and shower. Guest toilet. At the rear of the villa there is beautiful lawned garden with a covered terrace, bbq area and pool. From this garden there is access to two further double bedrooms; each with en suite shower room. Air conditioned bedrooms and living room.
