1. The garbage must be thrown by the guest in the containers on the public road upon departure.
2. The dishes and kitchen utensils that have been used must be clean.
3. According to the rules of the community, you cannot make noise from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
4. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
5. Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor terraces.
6. The telescope and binoculars cannot be removed from the accommodations.
7. The area at the bottom of the car park is to be able to turn around, you cannot park.
8. No one can stay overnight who has not been notified, otherwise it may mean the expulsion of all guests from the property.
9. The windows must be closed and the blinds lowered when leaving the accommodations.
10. The firewood is under additional payment, the theft of it from the neighbors may incur additional charges.
