Building description: Our cosy apartments are located on a quiet street in the Sants-Montjuïc district, less than a 10-minute walk from Plaça Espanya. The 18th-century building was fully renovated in 2014, preserving its historic character while offering all modern comforts. Guests can also enjoy a beautiful chill-out rooftop terrace with a Mediterranean garden and panoramic 360° views of the Barcelona skyline. ❗IMPORTANT INFORMATION before booking: * There is no physical reception. Access is fully digital. * Payment must be completed through a secure payment link that we will send via the Booking chat. * A refundable security deposit is required for each apartment. It is managed online and will be refunded after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. We kindly ask guests to take out the rubbish and leave the dishes clean before departure. * All guests must complete the online check-in before arrival in order to receive the access instructions. * Group bookings may be subject to different conditions. If applicable, our team will contact you directly. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests when all occupants belong to the same household. Otherwise, in accordance with the regulations of the Government of Catalonia, the maximum occupancy is 4/6 guests.
