The house is submerged in a small community of similar houses, with a welcoming terrace entrance and a large terrace on the other side of the house that gives you views to Los Cristianos and Las Galletas. Here you can soak up the sun on the day bed, or eat at the outdoor dining area. There are a couple of local supermarkets and restaurants nearby should you not want to venture into hustle and bustle of Los Cristianos which is less than 5km away. -You have access to a washing machine if you wanted to travel light and wash as you go. -There is a communal heated pool 3 minutes walk away, the key is available in the house upon arrival, if lost, a fee will be charged to you. -You will be provided with fresh bedlinen, towels to use in the house and also beach towels you can take to the pool. -Due to sensitive waste pipes, toilet paper may not be flushed, but placed in bin provided. LEGAL REQUIREMENT: The property holds a rental license, so we are required by law to provide a Spanish governmental organisation run by the Spanish Ministry of Interior in accordance with the Spanish Royal decree, with the below information for each guest (at the time of booking confirmation): Forename First surname Second surname (if applicable) Sex Identity document number Type of document (DNI, passport, TIE) Nationality Date of birth Place of habitual residence. Inspections can be done by the police at any time, and if your details are not logged, it will cause you problems and us a fine and removal of our license to rent.
