Located in the residential area of San Fernando, adjacent to Playa del Inglés, you will find this fully renovated apartment with high quality finish and decorated with eye for detail. Nearly 70Sq. metersof luxury at it´s best! It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living /- dining area, this apartment is all you wish for when you want to enjoy the vibrant South of Gran Canaria. Within a few minutes walk into San Fernando, you find numerous local bars and restaurants. The same minutes of walking into Playa del Inglés will bring you to the CC Yumbo where you will find restaurants, bars and entertainment. There is a bus stop within 100meters wityh a direct connection to Faro Maspalomas (Meloneras beach) as well as a Mogan and the city of Las Palmas. The apartment is located at the 3rd floor. The community of Plaza del Hierro is located in a residential area of San Fernando yet only few minutes walk from the tourist area of Playa del Inglés. The complex has no pool.

The apartment is located in a residential area with many small shops and choice of restaurants as well as larger shopping centers. Just 5 minutes walk from CC Yumbo yet quiet at night. Public transaportation within 2 minutes walking.
