BEAUTIFUL VILLA with heated and private pool in Maspalomas. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this villa is the ideal place. This wonderful 3 bedroom villa is located in an urbanization called "Sonneland" in Maspalomas. An exclusive and comfortable villa in a quiet area. The villa is fully equipped with all the comforts to make our guests feel at home. We wait for you at the house ourselves and if you wish we offer a pick up service from the airport ( with extra charge) The villa is divided into two floors, on the ground floor we have the master bedroom with bathroom and a bright office with a library. Also on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room, from where you have access to a large sunny terrace with a private heated pool (8mx 3.8m). On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. There are linens for all beds and towels for all guests. There is a good wifi connection in the house and a smart TV with many applications like for example Netflix.
