Only dogs and cats (up to 10 kg in weight) are permitted; birds, reptiles, and other animals are not allowed. A maximum of one pet per room is permitted. Pets may not be left unattended in the room at any time. This policy aims to prevent disturbances—such as barking or whining—to other guests, as well as damage to room furnishings. Guests are asked not to allow pets on the beds or sofas. A daily cleaning surcharge of €10 per pet applies. Guests are responsible for their pets and their behavior at all times. Pets may not be bathed in room bathtubs or showers, nor may room towels be used to dry them. Pets must be kept on a leash when entering or leaving the premises. Guests must present a valid health record (for cats) or passport (for dogs) with up-to-date documentation; otherwise, accommodation will be denied. Dogs must be microchipped, vaccinated against rabies (also mandatory for cats), and dewormed. Dogs belonging to breeds classified as "Potentially Dangerous" are not permitted.

Los perros deben contar con microchip, estar vacunados contra la rabia, vacunación que también es obligatoria para los gatos, y estar desparasitados.

No se permiten perros pertenecientes a razas clasificadas como “Potencialmente Peligrosas”.

CLEANING SERVICE:Rooms are delivered completely clean upon arrival. For short stays, no daily cleaning is carried out during the stay. For longer reservations, the room will be refreshed depending on the length of the stay. If you need a change of towels, replenishment of amenities, or any other requirement, you can request it at the reception/bar.
