POLICIES: * Guests must respect the peace and quiet of other guests and neighbors at all times. * It is forbidden to hold parties and cause noise disturbance to other guests and neighbors and/or have loud music, arguments, fights, shouting, door slamming, etc. * Any damage or blemish caused in the rooms or common areas during the stay will be the responsibility of the causative guest, and will bear the repair expense. * It is strictly forbidden to smoke and/or the use of drugs of any kind (from tobacco, cannabis, hashish, vapes, etc., everything) throughout the entire establishment (rooms, balconies, common areas, etc., everywhere). In case this happens, the responsible guest will be penalized with amounts of 100Є or more, depending on the case; and in addition, will also have to pay the costs of additional cleaning services and/or compensation to other guests. * It is forbidden by law to cover the smoke detectors in rooms. In case it happens, a penalty of 50Є will be charged, each time it happens. * In case of a deep cleaning of the room due to poor hygienic conditions, extreme mess, tobacco, etc., the client will bear with the relevant cleaning costs. * Not abiding the guest house rules may lead to a penalty. * In case of lost keys, the guest will be charged 5Є per key. * The establishment reserves the right of admission. * The access to the rooms is strictly forbidden to persons not hosted/registered. * The property is not responsible for customers’ belongings. * The cost per extra person in the room is 80 Є/day, in existing beds (subject to availability). There are no extra beds of any kind, nor cribs. * Parcels & packages are not accepted.

The hostal is located on the 1st floor; there's no elevator; there are 22 steps from the ground floor until the first floor. * The establishment has no meal/beverage service, of any kind. * We are located in the most fashionable, touristic and lively area in all Barcelona, surrounded by bars and restaurants, therefore it's not a silent/quiet area, is not ideal if one's looking for peace and tranquility. * The reception schedule is from 10:00-18:00. * Check-in starts at 15:00. * The payment City Tax (tourist tax) 7,70 Є per person & night, must be made in full at arrival. The City Tax (tourist tax) is not included in the room price. * Check-out is until 11:00.
