Come and spend your vacation in this peaceful, relaxing environment in Puerto Rico, the south of Gran Canaria. You will be amazed by the views over the ocean, the sunsets and the birds singing in the mornings. It is one bedroom apartment, designed for 2 persons, but can accommodate a family of 4. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, double bed , unfoldable sofa-bed in the living room, TV, WIFI, AIR-CONDITIONER. In the enviably big terrace, you can practice yoga in the mornings, enjoy sunrises and sunsets or just unwind and leave the worries behind.
The complex is located in a quiet neighborhood on a hillside facing the ocean and the romantic port with blue marlin fishing boats and yachts. It has a rooftop swimming pool. Parking is free on the street just beside the building. There's also a tennis court "Tenis island" down the street, high quality restaurants and supermarket: all you need is close enough and a car is not always necessary. The ones who like hiking-will find couple of routes just few minutes away from the apartment. Puerto Rico is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the island, because of the sunny days, warm temperature all year round, sandy beaches and many restaurants and shopping facilities. The sandy Puerto Rico beach with its crystal clear waters is perfect for sunbathing or swimming at any time of the year. It's also perfect for a sunrise and sunset stroll, with a boardwalk that runs along the coast to Puerto Rico Beach.
