A wonderful two-bedroom apartment with a spacious living room. Seasonal swimming pool for adults and children, air conditioning and heating. Near the building is the largest and most beautiful amusement park with a lake. The sea is just 10 minutes away! Ideal for a family vacation with children or a romantic getaway. All necessary furniture and appliances for a comfortable stay, including a SMART TV 43. The apartment includes: two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, kettle, cutlery, and kitchen utensils), and a bathroom. All furniture and appliances are new (renovated apartment). 💧 For your convenience, the kitchen is equipped with a reverse osmosis system with drinking water filtration.
You will be met at the entrance LATE ARRIVAL (after 23:00) is available upon request for an additional fee.
House Rules Parties are prohibited. Parties are strictly prohibited. Respect for Neighbors: We ask guests to respect the privacy and quiet of their neighbors and adhere to the community rules to avoid disruption. Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the open-air balcony adjacent to the living room. The water heater is electric. As of July 1, 2025, Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021 requires us to collect basic personal information from each guest prior to their stay. We will ask for this information prior to your arrival.
