JOY TENERIFE Charming House was born out of the search for what makes us feel good: light (lots of it, intense, dazzling); a horizon full of colours, inside and out, which amaze each time and only stimulate positive thoughts; an oasis of greenery and tranquillity such as the beautiful Golf del Sur area, within a golf course and a stone's throw from the Tenerife Sur 'Reina Sofia' airport. JOY TENERIFE Charming House has been recently renovated and consists of two units, totally independent and well-equipped, with a communal relaxation area with private pool, outdoor tables and chairs, sun loungers, panoramic terrace and reserved parking space. It can be rented separately or as a whole, and can accommodate from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 8 people
Passionate about travelling, a dreamer but with her feet firmly planted on the ground, aware that only change can enable anyone to grow and improve, she has once again put herself to the test by creating this corner of tranquillity and relaxation where you can breathe light, sun and sea. If the decisions we make define us as people, Joy Tenerife Charming House is one of the best choices made
JOY TENERIFE Charming House is located within a secure residential complex (Fairway Village), access to which is controlled and restricted to residents and guests only. It is located in the southern part of the island of Tenerife, one of the best in terms of climate, biodiversity and quality of life. A short distance from the villa are beaches, such as Playa San Blas, and the small port of Amarilla, which can also be reached on foot, and characteristic coastal towns such as Los Abrigos and El Medano, with unique natural landscapes as well as seaside clubs and restaurants. The best-known resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are quickly accessible by car or public transport
