Upon entering the house, you step into a shared art gallery — a calm, welcoming space showcasing the host’s artworks. This common area is accessible to all guests and serves as the main passage to the accommodations. Guests who have booked the bungalow enjoy private access to the garden and patio, which belong exclusively to the bungalow and are available 24/7. The garden is fully yours to relax and unwind. Occasionally, the host may need brief access to water the plants; in such cases, the time will always be agreed with you in advance. Guests staying in the studio apartment have their own private accommodation and entrance area, but do not have access to the garden, which is reserved for the bungalow to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests. You will receive keys to the main entrance, allowing you to come and go freely at any time. If you arrive by car, you may stop briefly by the entrance for unloading. Free public parking is available near the church, just 50 meters from the house, and usually has plenty of space.

The house is situated in a traditional Canarian village, away from tourist crowds and noise — an ideal place to experience the authentic rhythm of island life. At the same time, large shopping centers, supermarkets, and services are conveniently located just 4 km away, offering easy access to everything you may need.
