Property info

Country house for 8 people in Valdemorillo, with private pool surrounded by a large landscaped garden! The outdoor area offers a private saline chlorination pool surrounded by an artificial lawn, a shaded outdoor dining area with its "Chiringuito" consisting of a fully equipped outdoor kitchen! The villa has all the amenities with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds and 3 bathrooms! Ideal place to enjoy a few days with family and / or friends! P.S. : In winter, 2 bags of approximately 25 kgs of firewood will be provided for every 2 nights booked. In the event that the tenant wishes to have more firewood, we can provide additional bags for a cost of 16 euros for each 25kgs bag with a prior notice of 5 days to anticipate the demand. Important: At the moment, air conditioning is only available on the upper floor and in the living room with the white sofa. There is no air conditioning in the rest of the house.

The area is located between Valdemorillo and El Escorial. It is a quiet and peaceful area but well connected. The urbanization has primary and secondary housing. The Valmayor reservoir is nearby.
