“트레벨레스는 해발 1500m에 있는 산골마을이다. 서늘하고 맑은 공기로 인해 스페인 최고의 하몬을 생산하는 곳이다. 이곳에서 숙박하는 사람이 많지 않아 숙소가 별로 없는데, 정말 괜찮은 숙소였다. 내부가 산장에 온 듯한 느낌이 든다. 5월이었는데도 날씨가 쌀쌀했는데 난방이 된다. 거실에는 벽난로가 있어서 밤에는 벽난로를 피웠다.”
